ENROLL ANYTIME. HERE’S WHY . . .
There are two distinct components to every Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy course:
Component 1
Once you pay your registration fee you are granted immediate access to the online school where you can watch videos, listen to audios from previous classes, download all the training materials, take the class exercises and online quizzes. This way, you can learn at your own pace regardless of when the live, instructor-led classes begin.
Component 2
The second component is the LIVE, instructor-led online classes. We have ongoing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 classes that are offered every month. That way, if you miss a class, you can attend any that you missed.
IN FACT . . .
As a registered student you receive THREE MONTHS OF FREE ACCESS after you enroll. This means that you can attend all the live classes a total of 4 times if you wish. Plus, you have access to all new training materials that are developed for future classes since you are able to login and use the system up to ninety (90) days after your enrollment month.
ALSO . . .
Our courses are designed to train students a higher level of skill that enables them to immediately begin preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions after the course is completed. The Chapter 7 course is 15 hours and the Chapter 13 course is 7 hours. Utilizing the skills students learn from these intensive online web training courses, students will be able to curtail most (if not all) Deficiency Notices issued by the Trustee after the 341 Meeting. This in itself is worth much more than the price of the course.
The courses are designed for both beginners as well as advanced students. The reason we can provide one class that meets the needs of a wide range of knowledge levels is because the course is structured to teach a higher level of detail than is normally taught by typical bankruptcy law firms. This allows those who have been trained in the haphazard, traditional training methods of the past to apply their present knowledge and advance their skills tremendously through the lessons they learn in the Chapter 7 and 13 Petition Training Courses; and beginners gain the advantage of learning the “right” way the “first” time.

WHY IS THIS TRAINING COURSE DIFFERENT?
One reason people have trouble accepting online courses is that the quality of many of them is extremely poor. I signed up for a class that had absolutely no live interaction from the instructor. In fact, she would not even reply to my emails. I had to actually call the school and complain just to get the instructor to respond. Also, the materials were very scanty and contained poor content. The information was only theory and contained nothing that I could actually put to use in my real work life.
These are just a few of the reasons why online schools and classes have a bad reputation and harm the reputation for professional schools like MyBankruptcySchool.Com. I hope you give us a chance because the materials we provide are the best in the field and are taught by the developer of the VBA industry. This is top level training at low prices designed for bankruptcy attorneys just starting a law firm and operating on a tight budget.
QUESTIONS FROM ATTORNEYS REGARDING THE ONLINE CLASS
Q: Can I jump ahead and take the class in a less time?
A: The online courses are not intended to dictate to you like grade school. If you want to download all the handouts and quizzes, never attend a class and complete your training in a few hours; that decision is entirely up to you. I will suggest that you get so much more from attending the live meetings because you learn a great deal from the instructor. But whether you attend an online class or not is your decision. Or, you may choose to attend four of the same classes if you like. You are granted with immediate access to the online school plus you receive an additional 90 days of access after your registration month. This enables you with the flexibility to attend every online class.
Q: What materials do I receive once I enroll in the course?
A: Upon registration you will be emailed a username and password so you can have access to My Bankruptcy School online. A video showing you a visual tour around the interface is provided at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZKjSRJuIQU
Once logged into MyBankruptcySchool you will have access to: (1) extensive handout materials; (2) quizzes to check your progress; (3) audios of previously recorded classes; (4) training videos not available to the general public; plus (5) all the other features of the interface.
Q: What other topics do you cover in the course that are not listed on the website?
A: Every class is very intense and contains a great deal of information. However, every class is different because the topics are structured around the needs of the particular students in that class. However, some popular topics I cover to help attorneys are: (1) how to set up electronic files; (2) how to incorporate marketing techniques into your operational procedures to produce long term results; (3) client intake interview tips; and (4) social media for marketing.
Q: How often and at what times are the online classes held?
A. Online classes are held during the evening hours so as not to interrupt the work flow of your law firm. The time period for your time zone when online classes are held are:
4:00 pm – Pacific Time Zone 5:00 pm – Mountain Time Zone 6:00 pm – Central Time Zone 7:00 pm – Eastern Time Zone
The Chapter 7 class has six (6) online class meetings lasting for 90 minutes to 2 hours each. The Chapter 13 class has four (4) online class meetings lasting from 90 minutes to 2 hours each. As a registered student, you have four (4) opportunities to attend any of the online courses, or you may choose to attend them all.
